- Physician Data: Credentialing information, specialty, practice details, contact information, and platform usage metrics.

4. Data Sharing & Fulfillment Partners
We do not sell patient or physician data. PHI is only shared to the extent necessary to provide clinical care and execute therapeutic logistics. A critical component of the Metis Care ecosystem is our integration with Solenyx Life Sciences and similar accredited outsourcing facilities. Prescription details and necessary demographic data are transmitted securely to these partners solely for the purpose of molecular QA, managed logistics, and doorstep delivery. All fulfillment partners are bound by rigorous Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) and confidentiality obligations.
5. Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
Metis Care leverages proprietary artificial intelligence models to generate clinical briefs and monitor patient protocol adherence. These models process data within a secure, isolated enclave. Patient data is never used to train public or foundational models. Our AI acts solely as a supportive clinical assistant, analyzing structured intake and historical data to flag trends (e.g., weight plateaus, adverse side effects) for the Physician’s final review and approval.
6. Security & Regulatory Compliance
Security is foundational to our architecture. Metis Care employs end-to-end encryption (AES-256 for data at rest, TLS 1.3 for data in transit), role-based access controls (RBAC), and continuous third-party penetration testing. We operate in strict adherence to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and other relevant international healthcare data regulations.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Patients wishing to exercise these rights regarding their health records should contact their treating Physician directly, as Metis Care operates primarily as a data processor on behalf of the Physician network. Physicians may access, export, or request deletion of their practice data via the Metis Care Dashboard or by contacting support.
